I was experimenting for a commission where Astarte influences Haru’s thief design, and while the skull motif would’ve been nice I focused more on the flowers and the idea she’s a trickster now as opposed to a thief.
She wields a cutlass along with a flintlock pistol as her weapons. Her persona, Anne Bonny, was an Irish Pirate who terrorized the Caribbean. She was a brutal fighter who even garnered the respect of her fellow crewmen, and has become one of most famous female pirates of all time. Her design has a bunch of things going for it, but I specifically wanted to base it off of figureheads who guard the bow of the ship.
