Regular fan: As regular as they get, that is. Loves the game and it’s characters, has some favorites and ships Alphyne and Papyton (probably). Enjoys some NSFW now and then and is basically pretty cool. There aren’t much of them around, though.
Sans fan: Positively obsessed with Sans. Spends their days reading SansxReader fiction, listening to NSFW Sans audios and has ‘Megalovania’ as their ringtone. Has considered masturbating with a blue lava lamp. Make up half the fandom. Avoid them, unless you’re a Sans fan yourself, then you’ll become great friends.
The AU lover: LOVES the alternative universes of the fandom. Underswap, Underfell, Outertale: you name it and they are already obsessed with it. Are desperately trying to think of an au that hasn’t been done yet. Not bad people, but it’s a shame some forget about the actual, canon Undertale.
The Alphyne enthousiast: Although pretty much all fans ship them, these take the term ‘One True Pairing’ to a whole new level. Alphyne is all they talk and blog about and all they draw or write. Nice people, but the gillplay is a bit odd, guys.
Mettaton fan: The equivalent of the Sans fan, but replace the skeleton with the robot. Are a bit more chill than Sans fans, but do not ever in your life EVER claim that Mettaton isn’t transgender. They will go full superwholockian on you and threaten that ‘nobody will ever find your dead body again’.
The sinner: Wants to fuck all the characters. Goatdad, Flowey, Undyne, even the sweet and pure Papyrus, no-one is safe. They’re funny people and you’ll enjoy hanging out with them, if you can get past the nastiness.
The cinnamon bun: Opposite of the sinner. Dislikes all sad endings, evil au’s and undertail. Never did a no-mercy run, in fact, refuses to full reset after their pacifist run. Just wants the characters to be happy. Please protect these pure beings.

I was talking with @bardic-feline about the kid and it’s kinda messed up that you can beat Papyrus within an inch of his life for no reason but as long as you don’t kill him, you’re still a pacifist. You could do a whole run viciously assaulting every monster and still be a pacifist as long as you don’t kill them. Senselessly violent Frisk is just as legitimate as one that never touched the fight button at all.
