Now that we have the first trailer for Voltron’s final season, I think I finally understand what Lotor’s actual plan was with the Altean Colony, the quintessence field at Daibazaal and what that means for the final season and Honerva’s master plan.
To understand it, though, we need to go back in time. Let’s start from when Lotor was first banished and his relationship with Acxa. I’ve written about their loyalty before, but I think their relationship is more central to the plot than we’ve realized.
