List of good things s7 gave us

Season 7 gave us:

• Hunk arc/Major screentime with Hunk: Hunk’s parents still being used for manual labour and Hunk c r y i n g under his biniculars with a flame in his heart to save them.
• Hunk and Keith friendship: “Out of all the paladins… You’re the one I’m most impressed by.” GOTTA LOVE THAT. Especially after how Hunk talked through the newfound ‘I’m part Galra’ in Keith as they were journeying to the weblum
• The videos (or part of): Lance, Pidge, and Hunk’s recording for their family were short but so raw and beautiful. It’s so beautiful… I rewatched it loads of times through blurry eyes
• Reunions: The McClain family reunion and the Holt’s reunion was amazing, I’m so proud of Colleen.
• Colleen: She believed her family was dead, and now they’re coming back one by one. Imagine how happy she’s feeling
• Kosmo: That cosmic wolf means everything to me. I was freaking out so much when it got hurt i tHOUGHT IT WAS GONNA DIE
• Ezor and Zethrid: There was no heterosexual explanation for that. “That’s my girl.” Cue soft looks and massive gay energy
• ACXA’S NEW LOOK: Axca 2.0 has me feelin some type of way
• James: Hes actually a good leader with his team, and wouldnt let Veronica die. He literally said to stop the train so that Veronica could get on
• Veronica: I love her so much
• The Feud episode: Keith voted for Lance, Lance voted for Keith, Hunk voted for Allura, Allura voted for Pidge, and Pidge voted for Hunk. They voted for each other and never voted for themselves, they’re such strong and courageous people. They thought they’d be in there forever, since no one was chosen more than once, that episode made me soft
• The beginning of the torture part with Ezor and Zethrid: “Im betting the whole team has a soft spot for the short one.” Cue everyone going into “dont you f u c k i n g touch her” mode.
• Coran: I love him, he did so well this season.
• Shiro’s new Voltron: IT’S FREAKIN HUGE, ITS LIKE TEN TIMES BIGGER THAN VOLTRON AND VOLTRON WAS BIG
• Keith calling Krolia mum: “I love you too, mum.”
• Shiro’s new arm: It literally had Allura’s crystal from her CROWN in it
• Hunk saved them so many times: My personal favourite was when he kept sane when everyone else was going insane to the hallucination in space, oh and when he said how him being afraid all the time has given him the opportunity to help the rest of the team through their own fear because he believes they’ve never truly felt it IM DO SORT FOR MY BABY BOY
• Hunk not once getting angry despite everything: some might disagree but I believe that he was so desperate, he never felt anger, he was just so afraid of something happening to his family he was ready to do anything. Despite everything going against his “We’d come back to a peaceful Earth” mentality, he still stayed as a leg and as a support for everyone
• They did Hunk and Coran so right this season. I’m honestly so happy they gave my two absolute favourite characters a lot of screentime in this season
